Mr. Green joined Rialto in 2017 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Credit Investment Management group based in New York. Mr. Green works on all aspects of the real estate investing process, including the sourcing and execution of acquisitions in addition to highly structured debt originations.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Green spent four years at Colony Capital (formerly Colony NorthStar), where he focused on property and portfolio acquisitions, private equity investments, and debt originations.

Mr. Green graduated from Hamilton College where he majored in Economics, minored in Mathematics, and was awarded a Fulbright scholarship.

Ms. Georgescu joined Rialto in 2016 and is the Company’s Associate General Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Georgescu’s responsibilities include the oversight of corporate governance for Rialto and its fund structures, fund formation, structuring and negotiation of complex co-investment and joint venture transactions and financing arrangements.

Prior to joining Rialto, Ms. Georgescu was the General Counsel of InSite Group US, a hospitality company which owns and operates hotels throughout the U.S. At InSite, Ms. Georgescu managed all aspects of the Company’s legal affairs, including acquisition and financing of hospitality and other commercial real estate assets, corporate governance, intellectual property and employment. Between 2002 and 2015, Ms. Georgescu served in several roles, including General Counsel, at TOUSA, Inc., a national homebuilding company. While at TOUSA, Ms. Georgescu was responsible for the negotiation and compliance with the company’s financing arrangements, including revolving and secured credit agreements, project finance and structured finance agreements and cash collateral agreements totaling over $1.5 billion. Ms. Georgescu was also responsible for structuring and negotiating joint venture agreements and oversaw the company’s litigation and risk management function.

Ms. Georgescu is a member of the New York Bar and authorized to practice in-house in Florida. Ms. Georgescu received an LL.M. degree from Cornell Law School and graduated from the University of Bucharest.

Mr. Gelley joined Rialto in 2012 and serves as the Head of Capital Formation and Portfolio Management. Mr. Gelley oversees investor relations, capital raising and portfolio management for Rialto’s real estate investment management business. He also has a key role in new product development, as well as overseeing existing portfolio performance and reporting for Rialto’s private equity real estate funds and managed accounts.

Prior to joining Rialto, from 2009 to 2012, Mr. Gelley held roles of increasing responsibilities, and was a Vice President for UBP Asset Management in their fund of hedge funds business headquartered in New York. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Gelley worked on fund operations, analytics, and investor reporting for a portfolio of 33 funds. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Gelley worked at Deloitte & Touché LLP in the financial services audit group in New York covering REITs, hedge funds, private equity funds, and mutual funds.

Mr. Gelley received a B.S. in Accountancy and Entrepreneurship from Villanova University, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team. He is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.

Mr. Frehen joined Rialto in 2015 and currently serves as the company’s General Counsel for European operations and Director of Tax. In this capacity, Mr. Frehen is responsible for the tax, legal and compliance matters relating to Rialto Capital’s investments and operations in Europe, in addition to being involved in firmwide legal and compliance matters.

Prior to Rialto, Mr. Frehen served as a director in Deloitte Amsterdam’s Financial Services Industry group, rendering tax advice to asset managers, Real Estate, and other investment funds, focusing on operational as well as strategic tax issues. Prior to joining Deloitte, he held roles of increasing responsibility at APG Asset Management, the asset management arm of Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP investing in real estate, private equity, hedge funds and listed securities.

Mr. Frehen holds a law degree from Maastricht University, the Netherlands, with a specialization in European and International Tax Law.

Mr. England joined Rialto in 2021 as the company’s Chief Credit Officer. Mr. England is responsible for the commercial underwriting, approval and closing of fixed and floating rate lending targeted for CMBS, CLO or balance sheet execution, credit procedures and administration, and commercial portfolio analytics.

Mr. England has 24 years of real estate and banking experience, including serving as the Chief Credit Officer and Head of C-III Commercial Mortgage since 2010. Mr. England’s background includes commercial loan origination, underwriting, securitization, CDO & CLO management, fund management and B-piece investing. Mr. England also worked for Centerline Capital Group, Nomura Securities and JP Morgan.

Mr. England received a B.A. in Economics from Pomona College.

Mr. Davis joined Rialto in 2014 and is the Director of Business Process Management (“BPM”) and corporate platforms. He is responsible for all BPM development at Rialto and has direct technical oversite on all accounting, treasury, and fund management platforms used at Rialto.

Prior to Rialto, Mr. Davis worked at Quantum since 2008, managing the Dialer Platform, Reporting, and application development. Under his direction, his team was directly responsible for the creation of the proprietary Dialer, Reporting, and Application management platform used by Quantum. After Rialto purchased Quantum, Mr. Davis moved to Miami to directly oversee BPM development. Prior to Quantum, Mr. Davis held various roles at Wilshire, managing both the dialer and call center, creating proprietary platforms that manage all aspects of Special Servicing and loan management.

Mr. Davis joined Rialto in 2016 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Equity Investment Management group.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Davis spent 11 years at NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. where he was a Managing Director and held several roles over time including head of its Los Angeles office and Co-Head of the Investments Group. While at NorthStar, Mr. Davis was a board member of SteelWave, an owner and developer of office and multi-family properties. Prior to NorthStar, Mr. Davis worked in the Global Principal Investments Group at Merrill Lynch for 6 years.

Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and is a CFA Charter holder.

Mr. Cueto joined Rialto in 2011 and currently serves as Managing Director – Head of Real Estate (REO) Asset Management for Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC with leadership of the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Cueto has 25 years of experience in the real estate field and is currently responsible for a portfolio of real estate assets consisting of non-performing loan REO, CMBS/CLO REO (as part of Rialto Capital’s Special Servicing platform) and other real estate investments.

Prior to joining Rialto Capital, Mr. Cueto was the Executive Director of American Realty Capital (ARC), in Miami, Florida, with responsibility for asset management and day-to-day operations of ARC’s portfolio of real estate investment projects. Prior to that, Mr. Cueto’s endeavors focused on public sector planning, economic development and commercial asset management as Director of Planning and Development for the Miami Parking Authority, handling all capital construction and real estate asset management functions; and as Property Development Supervisor for Miami-Dade Transit, responsible for managing mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD) projects in conjunction with the private sector.

Mr. Cueto graduated from Florida International University with a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business. He currently serves on Connect CRE’s Distressed Assets Advisory Board, serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Financial Training at Miami-Dade College and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Crousillat joined Rialto in 2011 and currently serves as a Director in the Asset Management group. Mr. Crousillat has over 22 years of experience in real estate investment and development, asset management and construction in the public and private sectors across the United States. He is currently overseeing and managing construction related projects for Rialto Capital Advisors’ CMBS REO, CMBS performing, and non-performing loans nationally.

Prior to joining Rialto Capital, Mr. Crousillat was a founding and Managing Member of CKA Construction Group, LLC, a South Florida based Construction and Development company. Mr. Crousillat also worked for URS (formerly United Research Services) where he represented government agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers, FEMA, the City of Miami Beach (Capital Improvement Office), the City of Miami (Capital Improvement Office) and the West Palm Beach School Board. In the private sector, Mr. Crousillat started his career with Walt Disney Imagineering in the development of Animal Kingdom and other park attractions.

Mr. Crousillat holds an M.S. in International Real Estate and Finance and a B.S. in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is also an actively registered Certified General Contractor and Roofing Contractor in the State of Florida.

Mr. Cromer joined Rialto in 2009 and currently serves as a Managing Director and Head of Rialto’s Investment Management Credit business, which oversees CMBS bonds, floating rate whole loans, mezzanine loan, b-notes, and preferred equity investing. Mr. Cromer has been vital in sourcing and executing Rialto’s CMBS investments, which total over $100 billion in pool balance. Mr. Cromer has also been instrumental in the development and creation of Rialto’s $1.5 billion direct lending platform.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Cromer worked at Glenmont Capital Management, a boutique real estate private equity firm, where he focused on distressed debt investing. Before that, Mr. Cromer work at Nomura Securities ranging in a variety of real estate and corporate finance roles, including originating, underwriting, and securitizing commercial mortgages and CRE CDO’s.

Mr. Cromer received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin School of Business where he majored in Real Estate Finance and Urban Land Economics. Mr. Cromer currently serves on the Rising Leaders committee for the New York Cares charity.
