Mr. McLaughlin joined Rialto in 2011 and currently serves as a Director in Rialto’s CMBS surveillance group. He is primarily responsible with managing Rialto’s performing CMBS portfolio, including annual valuations & monitoring loan performance against underwriting. The group currently oversees over $100B in principal balance for Rialto’s fund investments, including conduit and SASB CMBS pools. Mr. Mclaughlin has also held roles at Rialto that include fundraising, NPL investments and new issue CMBS opportunities.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. McLaughlin worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the firm’s London office in the Equity Sales & Trading group.

Mr. McLaughlin graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Hobart College.

Mr. Magid joined Rialto Capital Management in 2015 and currently serves as a Director in the Credit Investment Management group.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Magid worked at Glacier Global Partners, a boutique real estate private equity firm, where he focused on opportunistic lending and equity investing. Before that, Mr. Magid worked at Royal Bank of Scotland in their CMBS origination and securitization groups.

Mr. Magid received combined Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and History from Boston University. Mr. Magid currently serves on the mPact Advisory Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Jeff Krasnoff is Chief Executive Officer of Rialto Capital Management, which he formed in 2007 to capitalize on investment opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. Today, Rialto is an integrated investment and asset management platform investing and managing throughout the capital structure in real estate properties, loans and securities. In addition to investing its own capital, Rialto manages several private equity vehicles and has overseen investments with other partners, including pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, family offices, financial institutions, sovereigns, and government agencies. With over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate investment, finance and management, Mr. Krasnoff has been involved in the evaluation or oversight of hundreds of billions of dollars of real estate assets around the world.

Mr. Krasnoff is also the co-founder of LNR Property Corporation and was its President since its spinoff from Lennar as a separate public company in 1997, as well as its Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2007. He was instrumental in taking the company private in a $4 billion transaction in early 2005. Mr. Krasnoff joined Lennar in 1986 and from 1990 until LNR spun off from Lennar, he was responsible for the growth of Lennar’s commercial real estate and joint venture businesses, as well as the formation of LNR Partners and its loan workout and special servicing operations. LNR became the world’s largest CMBS special servicer under his leadership. Prior to LNR and Lennar, Mr. Krasnoff spent ten years with KPMG, LLC (formerly Peat Marwick) in New York and Miami specializing in real estate and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Krasnoff is a graduate of Duke University.

Mr. Klein joined Rialto in 2019 and currently serves as a Director in the Equity Investment Management group based in Los Angeles.

Mr. Klein currently oversees asset management execution for the equity portfolio in the Western part of the US. Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Klein spent six years at Rising Realty Partners where he oversaw a portfolio of opportunistic assets. Prior to Rising Realty Partners, Mr. Klein spent four years as a pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization.

Mr. Klein graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in International Relations, where he was an All-American for the 2010 College World Series runner up baseball team.

Brian Klein joined Rialto Capital Advisors in 2010 and currently serves as a Director of Special Servicing. He oversees the Performing Loan Consent Group for Rialto’s special servicing portfolio of CMBS Loans. He is a co-founder and previous Chairman of the Rialto Rotational Analyst Program, which recruits and trains top talent to fill positions in Rialto’s Asset Management Platform. He began his career at Rialto in 2010 resolving distressed loans, which included underwriting, due diligence, and legal strategies to effect resolution.

Mr. Klein earned a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Miami. He also earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Florida Bar.

David Jervasi joined Rialto Capital in 2016 and currently serves as a Director in Asset Management and Servicing for Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Jervasi is responsible for all essential finance activities for Rialto’s Asset Management and Servicing group, including financial accounting, reporting, planning and analysis. He has over 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry, serving in various financial management roles.

Prior to joining Rialto Capital, Mr. Jervasi was with The Carlyle Group where he oversaw fund operations and finance for their Global Investment Solutions business. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving as a manager with a client base that included large public and private multinational corporation within the financial services and investment management industries.

Mr. Jervasi received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, an M.S. in Accounting from Boston College, and a B.S. in Accounting from Assumption College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mrs. Jaslow joined Rialto in 2010 as a Business Applications Director in the Miami office. She is responsible for oversight and coordination of some of Rialto’s CMBS Operations functions, specifically pertaining to CREFC and 17G5 reporting. Mrs. Jaslow is also involved in accessing, evaluating, and implementing business initiatives with the use of technology and managing process improvement opportunities.

Prior to joining Rialto, from 2000 to 2009, Ms. Jaslow worked as an Asset Manager and later a Business Solutions Manager at LNR Property Corporation. From 1988 to 2000, Mrs. Jaslow served as a Planning Analyst and a manager of Special Projects in the Corporate Department of Lennar Corporation.

Ms. Jaslow received a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Real Estate Sales license.

Mr. Horowitz joined Rialto in 2009 and currently serves as a Managing Director of Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC.  He oversees the restructuring and resolution of non-performing CMBS, High Yield and other distressed loans.

Mr. Horowitz is a real estate professional with over 14 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate development, finance and investment. Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Horowitz focused on acquiring non-performing commercial real estate loans, as well as managing a real estate portfolio for Turnberry Capital, LLC.

Mr. Horowitz graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Communications Management and Political Science.

Ms. Heller joined Rialto in 2011 as the Company’s General Counsel. Ms. Heller is Rialto’s chief legal officer with oversight responsibility for all regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to Rialto, Ms. Heller served as senior counsel in the New York office of APG Asset Management, the investment arm of a $250 billion European pension fund active in real estate, private equity and fixed income. From 2006 to 2010, Ms. Heller held roles of increasing responsibility at APG, serving as a lead attorney structuring and negotiating private equity and hedge fund investments. Ms. Heller’s responsibilities included conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements for complex financial transactions as well as the restructuring of investments in financially distressed funds.

During her tenure at APG, Ms. Heller worked closely with the heads of the business units regarding strategic and tactical planning. Previously, Ms. Heller served as an associate in the Boston and New York offices of Ropes and Gray from 2001 to 2006, negotiating various corporate agreements and legal transactions including mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings and loan transactions.

Ms. Heller earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Yale University.

Mr. Griffin joined Rialto in 2011 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Equity Investment Management group based in California overseeing investment and asset management in the Western part of the US. Since joining Rialto, Mr. Griffin has been involved in over $2 billion of direct real estate investments and financings across all property types.

In addition to leading West Coast acquisitions, Mr. Griffin manages Rialto’s asset-level financing activities on new acquisitions and oversees Rialto’s multifamily investing strategy across various investment vehicles, nationwide. Prior to assuming his most recent role in April 2017, Mr. Griffin was based in Rialto’s New York office and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring debt and equity investments across the firm’s various real estate funds and separate accounts.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Griffin worked in various capacities at Macerich, a major mall REIT located in Santa Monica, CA including Leasing Manager for various upscale regional malls in the portfolio.

Mr. Griffin graduated with an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from UCLA.
