Summary
Rialto Capital is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure Team. This role involves managing a team of skilled Infrastructure Engineers responsible for building and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports both office-based and remote work environments. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, ensuring the team delivers enterprise-grade solutions and services that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Collaborate: Actively manage and work alongside a team of infrastructure engineers responsible for datacenter, network, endpoint, and messaging functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
- Partner with IT Teams: Collaborate closely with IT Operations and DevOps teams to provide technical guidance and foster collaboration on infrastructure projects that directly impact endpoint users and Power BI/Fabric Infrastructure. Ensure alignment with operational goals and contribute to the successful implementation of solutions that enhance the end-user experience.
- Hands-On Expertise: Provide direct, practical expertise in IT enterprise solutions, contributing to the development and enhancement of endpoint devices (Windows and macOS computers, iPads, iPhones, printers) with modern desktop environments (Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Office 365, Zoom Meetings/Phones, Box, Apple Business Manager, JAMF). Manage and optimize IT enterprise infrastructure environments (Azure Virtual Private Cloud, Site Infrastructure with Zoom Rooms) and cloud services (Microsoft Azure Fabric, Power BI, and Apps) to support DevOps teams.
- Drive Best Practices: Implement and institutionalize best practices and frameworks with a strong emphasis on ITIL v3+ and Agile methodologies. Continuously improve team maturity, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Escalation and Problem Solving: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues. Work closely with the team to provide effective third-level support, resolve intricate problems through hands-on troubleshooting, and deliver technical guidance across teams.
Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required or Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Services (e.g., Azure VNET, VMs, DNS, Azure Backup, Storage Account)
- 5+ years supporting Azure Infrastructure for DevOps teams with Azure PaaS services (e.g., Azure Power BI/Fabric, Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL Databases, App Services, Logic Apps, Key Vault)
- 5+ years managing Microsoft Azure for Endpoint and Collaboration Services (e.g., Entra, Intune MDM, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- 5+ years working with enterprise collaboration and support tools from vendors such as Zoom, Box, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and foster professional growth through effective mentorship and guidance.
- Skilled in anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring complex information is conveyed clearly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to non-technical stakeholders.
