
Ms. Perez joined Rialto in 2013 and currently serves as Controller of Rialto Management Group with responsibility for Rialto’s corporate group’s accounting, financial reporting and maintaining internal controls. She began her Rialto career as a Senior Accountant and subsequently served as Assistant Controller.
Prior to joining Rialto, Ms. Perez held various accounting positions in the food distribution industry. Most recently she was Assistant Controller at Pescanova, Inc, an international multimillion dollar seafood importer/distributor where she oversaw all accounting matters including general accounting, financial reporting, general accounting accounts payable & receivable, and treasury.
Ms. Perez received a B.S. in Accounting from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.

Mr. Valdez joined Rialto in 2017 and currently serves as Controller of the real estate equity vehicles managed by Rialto. Mr. Valdez joined Rialto as a senior manager and subsequently served as assistant controller from 2019 to 2022.
Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Valdez was an experienced manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s audit and assurance practice specializing in the investment management group. During his 7-year tenure at Deloitte, Mr. Valdez served financial services clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, funds of funds, and registered investment advisers. In this role, Mr. Valdez managed multiple multi-billion dollar AUM engagements with various capital structures (Partnerships, Co-Investments Vehicles, Feeders & Blockers, and Master-Feeders) reporting under U.S. GAAP.
Mr. Valdez received a B.S. in Accounting from William Paterson University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mrs. Chertoff joined Rialto in 2021 and currently serves as a Director in the Investment Management group. She is primarily responsible for the closing of fixed and floating rate loans as well as mezzanine loans, the purchase and sale of commercial mortgage loans, and the execution of repurchase facilities, warehouse facilities and CLOs.
Prior to joining Rialto, Mrs. Chertoff was a lawyer at Reed Smith LLP where she represented institutional lenders, alternative lenders, and debt funds in all aspects of real estate finance. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Mrs. Chertoff was a lawyer in the real estate finance practice at Dechert LLP.
Mrs. Chertoff received her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from New York University.

Ms. Vosbikian joined Rialto in 2015 and currently serves as a Director. She works across the Asset Management platform focusing on CMBS and Special Servicing operations. In addition, she is currently a member of Rialto’s Rotational Analyst Committee and is a former co-chair of Rialto’s Internship Program.
Ms. Vosbikian received a J.D., an MBA, and a B.B.A. from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Lenok joined Rialto in 2019 as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer with oversight of regulatory and compliance matters of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) registered investment adviser Rialto Capital Management, LLC. Prior to Rialto, Ms. Lenok served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of the Real Estate Group at The Blackstone Group in New York, New York with responsibility for the compliance program across the groups 11 SEC registered investment advisors.
Prior to that, Ms. Lenok held roles of increasing responsibility in the Governance, Risk and Regulatory practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. From 2010 to 2016, Ms. Lenok provided regulatory, compliance and operational consulting to clients in the financial services industry. Prior to Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Ms. Lenok was an examiner with NYSE Regulation, later renamed FINRA.
Ms. Lenok earned an M.S.L. in Corporate Compliance from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.

Mr. Vázquez joined Rialto in 2019 and currently serves as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis where he oversees companywide forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Vázquez served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Turnberry Associates. From 2008 to 2016, Mr. Vázquez served as the Director of Global Finance for Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York City where he managed a global team of analysts and worked on location across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and South America in support of the Global Manufacturing & Sourcing group.
Mr. Vázquez earned an MBA in Finance, an M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Montclair State University. He is fluent in Spanish from his native Spain, Galician, and Portuguese.

Mr. Van Smith joined Rialto in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Van Smith previously served as the Company’s Director of Tax from 2013 to 2018, prior to becoming the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his tenure at Rialto, Mr. Van Smith has been heavily involved with fund structuring, fund administration, and investor matters in addition to his role as the head of tax. These varying responsibilities have led to his extensive involvement with all groups within Rialto including asset managers, investor relations, accounting, treasury, legal, and compliance.
Prior to Rialto, Mr. Van Smith spent 11 years with various public accounting firms in increasing roles of responsibility. Mr. Van Smith’s client base included investment and asset managers, developers, and financial institutions. Mr. Van Smith provided the following services to his clients: audit, tax, internal control testing, and planning/consulting.
Mr. Van Smith received both a Master’s and a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Tian joined Rialto in 2018 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Credit Investment Management group. His main focuses include Rialto’s CMBS B-piece business, CMBS trading, loan structuring, and the credit diligence process.
Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Tian spent 6 years at LibreMax Capital, a structured credit asset management firm. He focused on sourcing, conducting credit diligence, and executing investments in commercial and residential MBS and loan sectors across various long-only and hedge fund strategies.
Mr. Tian received his M.A. in Mathematics with summa cum laude and dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Striker joined Rialto Management Capital, LLC in 2017 and is a Managing Director spearheading direct lending initiatives and originations.
He has 14 years of experience steering and executing strategies in real estate finance and has closed over $6 billion of transactions across all tiers of the real estate capital structure encompassing a broad spectrum of asset classes. Most recently he worked at UBS Investment Bank for the last 11 years where he was a founding member of the real estate finance business and played key roles in the group’s inception in 2006 and post-recession re-build in 2010. Prior to UBS, Mr. Striker worked at Eurohypo AG, a German real estate investment banking boutique, and Nomura Securities International, a Japanese bank.
Mr. Striker is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia Business School.

Mr. Stanton joined Rialto in 2010 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Asset Management Group. He oversees the restructuring and resolution of non-performing CMBS and was previously involved in the acquisition and asset management (including restructuring and liquidation) of non-performing CRE loans and other high yield credit.
Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Stanton worked at a privately held real estate investment company focusing on distressed debt and property acquisitions.
Mr. Stanton is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
