Ms. Weiss joined Rialto in 2021 and currently serves as a Director in the Client and Product Solutions team. She plays a key role in the firm’s capital formation efforts across its investment strategies, driving fundraising project management initiatives and investor coverage for institutional clients globally.
Prior to joining Rialto, Ms. Weiss was a member of the Investor Relations team at Sun Capital Partners, where she supported capital raising and institutional investor engagement initiatives. She previously worked at Credit Suisse in the Private Fund Group, focusing on project management for middle market private equity firms.
Ms. Weiss earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Georgetown University.
