Mr. Sebastian joined Rialto in 2016 as Chief Information Officer and now serves as Chief Digital and Technology Officer. In this role, Mr. Sebastian drives Rialto’s digital innovation, technology strategy and business transformation, by advancing IT infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity, optimizing workflow management, and building leading edge data and AI platforms.
From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Sebastian was SVP of Technology at Nielsen, leading strategic technology client engagements and open data product development. Between 2006 and 2013, he oversaw Citibank’s global ATM software organization and directed digital initiatives for consumer and commercial credit card businesses. From 1995 to 2006, he held a series of global IT and product development leadership positions at GE Healthcare, including responsibility for sales and service platforms and enterprise architecture.
Mr. Sebastian holds an MBA from Marquette University and a B.S. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Kerala in India.
