Mr. Modia re-joined Rialto in 2017 and currently serves as Treasurer. In this role, he oversees Rialto’s Treasury operations, including liquidity management, risk management, corporate financing strategy, and banking relationships, and works closely with executive leadership on capital planning initiatives. Prior to his current role, he led the investor reporting and investor services team, where he was responsible for performance reporting and investor communication across all of Rialto’s investment vehicles.
Prior to Rialto, he served in the Audit and Advisory functions at PwC, where he serviced various clients with a focus on real estate and banking. Before PwC, Mr. Modia served as a Senior Fund Accountant at Rialto.
Mr. Modia earned his M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
