Mr. Calinoff joined Rialto Capital in March 2025 and serves as Managing Director in the Credit Investment Management group.
Prior to rejoining Rialto in 2025, Mr. Calinoff served as Chief Administrative Officer at LMF Commercial (a Lennar Company) from 2022 to 2025. He previously held the position of Managing Director at Rialto Mortgage Finance from 2013 to 2019. His career includes positions at UBS, Credit Suisse, Pacific Star Fund Management in Singapore, and Lehman Brothers. In 2019, he co-founded Yellow Cab Holdings, a private equity vehicle to invest in QSR and real estate.
Mr. Calinoff graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School and B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
Mr. Dyson joined Quantum Servicing in 2009 and currently serves as the group’s Director. Mr. Dyson has over twenty years of industry experience with concentration in residential and commercial loan servicing. While at Quantum, Mr. Dyson previously held the positions of Vice President of Portfolio Management and Vice President of Default Servicing. Prior to Quantum, Mr. Dyson was Sr. Manager at Ocwen Financial.
During his 12-year tenure at Ocwen, Mr. Dyson managed various departments including Modification and Loan Surveillance, Document Control, Investor Relations, Loan Boarding and Loss Mitigation.
Mr. Dyson earned his B.S. Business Management degree from Johnson & Wales University.
Mr. Modia re-joined Rialto in 2017 and currently serves as a Director managing Investor Reporting and Investor Services for Rialto-managed funds, co-investments, and managed accounts.
Prior to Rialto, he served in the Audit and Advisory functions at PwC, where he serviced various clients with a focus on real estate. Before PwC, Mr. Modia served as a Senior Fund Accountant at Rialto.
Mr. Modia earned his M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
Mr. Seitenbach joined Rialto in 2022 and currently serves as a Director in the Credit Investment Management team. In his role, he primarily focuses on primary and secondary CMBS investing and trading, CRE CLO securitization, loan underwriting and origination.
Prior to joining Rialto, he served as Director, CLO Banking and Credit at ACRES Capital where he helped launch the bridge lending and CLO business. Prior to that he was a Vice President at C-III Capital partners, an Analyst at JP Morgan and stared his career at Deloitte.
Mr. Seitenbach earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and B.A. in Finance and International Studies from George Washington University.
Mr. Wong joined Rialto in 2022 and currently serves as a Director in the Credit Investment Management team. In his role, he primarily focuses on investing in primary and secondary CMBS, as well as loan hedging, pricing and structuring.
Prior to joining Rialto, he served as VP of Structuring/Trading at Loan Core Capital, specializing in hedging and structuring conduit CMBS and CRE CLOs. Prior to that, he was a Trading Assistant in the Equity Derivatives Group of ABN AMRO Securities.
Mr. Wong earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ms. Stark joined Rialto in 2019 and currently serves as a Director in the Equity Investment Management team in New York.
Ms. Stark is involved in portfolio management, asset management, forecasting, fund operations, and oversees the business planning and asset valuations for Rialto’s equity platforms. Prior to joining Rialto, Ms. Stark spent seven years working for national commercial real estate private equity platforms in Texas. She began her career at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Stark graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, earning both a Master’s degree in Accounting and a B.B.A. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Jewett joined Rialto in 2011 and currently serves as a Director in the Credit Investment Management team. In his role, he primarily oversees the origination, structuring and execution of commercial real estate debt investments with a focus on non-performing loans, transitional lending, subordinate debt and special situations. While at Rialto, Mr. Jewett has been involved in both equity and credit investments and asset management across all property types.
Mr. Jewett graduated with a B.A. from The University of Vermont.
Mr. Ghera joined Rialto in 2017 and currently serves as a Director in the Credit Investment Management team. In his role, he primarily oversees the evaluation and closing of fixed and floating rate lending targeted for CMBS, CLO or balance sheet execution, as well as investments in structured credit products.
Prior to joining Rialto, he was a Senior Analyst at the Vanbarton Group (formerly Emmes Asset Management Company), focusing on the underwriting of debt and equity investments across the capital stack. Prior to that he was an Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate.
Mr. Ghera earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Yihuan Zhang joined Rialto in 2014 and currently serves as a Director of Asset Management. In his role, Yihuan oversees a large portfolio of loans through various investment vehicles. Yihuan has extensive experience in managing both performing and non-performing credit investments and served as a committee member for Rialto’s Rotational Analyst Program between 2018 and 2021.
Mr. Zhang earned a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Florida and received a Bachelor’s degree through a joint program between the China Agricultural University in Beijing and the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Mr. Schlact joined Rialto in 2013 and is currently a Director in the Loan Workout team. He started his tenure at Rialto in Loan Workout servicing non-performing loans and managing a portfolio of unsecured judgments. In 2017, Mr. Schlact managed the resolution and disposition of over 200 legacy FDIC deficiency loans totaling over $100 million, after which, he transitioned to the CMBS non-transfer team. Mr. Schlact currently oversees a team of Loan Workout asset managers managing over $1.3 billion in UPB.
Mr. Schlact graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentration in Finance.
