IT Portfolio Analyst

Summary

This role is responsible for supporting managing tasks within the existing IT life cycle, including Security, Business Platforms, and Data & Analytics. The focus is on applying agile and lightweight project management practices to facilitate collaboration, promote transparency, and drive continuous delivery. The position supports Rialto IT initiatives and ongoing processes, ensuring alignment across teams and contributing to the overall success of the IT organization.

In addition, the role engages stakeholders across departments to clarify priorities and expectations, fosters continuous improvement of IT processes, and tracks progress through measurable outcomes. By enabling change and strengthening communication between technical teams and business units, this role helps ensure IT initiatives deliver consistent value and support Rialto’s long-term objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage IT Life Cycle Tasks – Coordinate and oversee activities across Security, Business Platforms, and Data & Analytics, ensuring alignment with Rialto IT initiatives and ongoing processes.
  • Apply Agile Project Practices – Use lightweight project management methods to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous delivery within the IT team.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment – Bridge communication between IT and business stakeholders, track progress, and drive adoption of improvements that ensure the success of IT initiatives.

 

Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT initiatives with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IT frameworks such as Security, Development, Risk Management.
  • Skilled in Agile portfolio or program management tools (Smartsheet, Monday).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with executives and technical teams.
Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
