Position Available –

Sr. Treasury Analyst


  • Responsible for certain cash and debt management duties often including wire disbursement approvals and monitoring of the Treasury email box for certain inquiries from business units on deal closings and fundings
  • Interact with various business colleagues throughout the organization to determine cash management needs and support Treasury’s cash flow forecasting
  • Serve as support and back-up to other Treasury Operations roles as needed
  • Manage the surety bond portfolio and Letters of Credit issuance
  • Assist in managing the Company’s insurance risk program and the policies’ renewals
  • Analyze financing alternatives and participate in the structuring, sourcing and implementing of financing agreements
  • Perform diligence support, modeling and analytics for financing transactions and capital structure alternatives
  • Provide back-up for the management of certain debt obligations and the related compliance of covenants including the financial covenant calculations in various debt agreements
  • Ensure that debt activities are aligned with SOX controls and properly accounted for
  • Maintain the analysis of balance sheet and covenant compliance forecasts and other corporate structure modeling
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other projects


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in finance, accounting or treasury preferred
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Treasury management workstation experience a plus
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
