Eric Feder

Mr. Feder began working with the Rialto leadership in 2008 and serves as the Company's Vice Chairman.
 
He actively heads up all business development for the firm.  With deeply rooted relationships in the banking world, Mr. Feder also presides over the origination and oversight of Rialto's non-performing loan acquisitions and direct real estate investments, exceeding $6 billion.  A seasoned real estate investor, Mr. Feder is an industry expert and business leader with a 22 year track record in acquisitions, development, management, financing and dispositions for real estate and distressed debt.  
 
Mr. Feder is involved in many charitable endeavors serving the communities that he lives and works in, with the most recent serving on the board for the Dolphins Cycling Challenge, where they have raised significant money for cancer research at the University of Miami's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. 
  
Mr. Feder attended Arizona State University and studied Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance.  He is a licensed Florida real estate broker and currently serves on Rialto's Investment Committee.
